Start by Pouring 200ml Full Cream Milk into a shaker cup or Blender. Add 40-50 gm of Smoothie Premix with 4-5 ice cubes. Blend or Shake to mix well. For a thicker Smoothie blend at low speed for few month. Pour the Smoothie to a glass and enjoy.
